All of our custom made IDEAL self-inking rubber stamps are GUARANTEED FOREVER.!! If your stamp should fail for some reason, simply drop it in the mail to our address (Printed on our rubber stamps) and we'll either repair it or replace it, and ship it back to you NO CHARGE. There are however, three conditions that VOID this warranty. They are:

1) When re-inking your stamp, you MUST NOT use any other brand of ink except IDEAL STAMP INK. Almost all other brands of ink WILL RUIN your stamp and void its warranty.

2) Stamp must not be used outdoors, but in a clean office or warehouse environment.

3) Abuse will not be covered by warranty.

Re-Inking Instructions

1.You MUST NOT use any other brand of ink except IDEAL STAMP INK. Almost all other brands of ink WILL RUIN your stamp and void its warranty.

2. Locate the red latch on the side of the stamp. Partially compress the mechanism to the line shown on the case and lock the stamp using the red latch.

3. Slide the inkpad out from the side as shown above.

4. You may ink the pad as illustrated above, however for best results, we recommend: removing the pad entirely, turning it upside down, and applying ink directly to the face of the pad material.
